Dawn Gibbins MBE motivates women entrepreneurs

November 19th saw Dawn on stage inspiring, educating and motivating women entrepreneurs and owner-managers - helping break down barriers for women starting or growing their business.

Through workshops, participants were able to learn more about:

• Starting a business – turning their dream into a reality, valuing their talents, overcoming the barriers, learning about the help and support that is available

• Growing their business – networking effectively, attracting and keeping customers, setting out their vision & managing risk, employing & managing staff

• Marketing their business – their brand, understanding their customer, keeping ahead of the competition, using the internet to promote their business.
