Dawn Gibbins wowed 200 women in business at this year's Women in Business Conference, where she shared the stage with Jacqueline Gould, CEO of Ann Summers and Knickerbox.

"Whether you’re in business, considering going it alone, or in an established career, East Midlands Women in Business Conference has something for everyone," says Dawn, "and this year included workshops on topics such as How to shake off your inhibitions and accelerate your success, Challenging conflict and Breaking through the ‘Glass Ceiling’ without breaking a nail!"

Dawn shared her top tips for success in business and - as with all her talks on business success - offered open house to anyone who would like to visit Flowcrete to see first hand how a whole company can become part of a winning culture.

The very next day, Dawn had a phone call from the winner of the Start UP award – Lian Britchfield - who was thrilled to come round to experience the secrets of success in action.

Now in its 4th year, this successful event took place on 6th March 2008 at Pride Park Stadium, Derby, and provided advice, support and inspiration to women looking to develop their businesses, skills, employment prospects and personal life.
